Here We Go Again!
Wow, folks, the heartburn is REALLY bad today. I’ve had it for the past HOUR. I finally gave in and took a Tums. I’m sure it’s all psychological but it was near instant relief. But it’s a tiny tablet, so I’m sure the heartburn will be back within the hour.

Last night was a rough night for me. I only got about 4-5 hours of sleep between the 2-1/2 hour battle with heartburn (it won, obviously), the two charley horses (one in each leg, separated by one hour) and getting up to pee twice.

You know what’s awesome TODAY? That when I leave here I only have 14 workdays left. It would have been fifteen except I have a doctor’s appointment on Aug 3 that requires I take the day off.
FOURTEEN WORKDAYS. That’s so awesome.

I’m feeling quite nauseous right now. I had a dry-heave as I was leaving the house this morning, and had breakfast upon arriving at work, but now I’m feeling sick again, with 45 minutes to go until lunch arrives.
This weekend had some ups and downs. Ups in that the swelling on Saturday was tremendous. My left ankle could hardly move at some point. Ditto to being swollen yesterday at church because it was so stinkin’ hot in there that no amount of water would help.
