Tonight I discovered a fourth tooth – it’s another upper tooth, I think the right front tooth. I was playing with him before his bathtime and he looked up at the overhead light and smiled and I saw it jutting out from his gums. That’s four teeth in about a month’s time. [...]
Well, CootieBoy finally got a couple teeth – two bottom chompers have broken through. They are still very tiny but you can totally feel them when you put your finger in his mouth. YAY for first teeth!

Well, it’s official. CootieBoy likes the mobile that sits aside the crib. He was being very fussy. (Mostly gas.) But I got him to quiet down when I put him in the crib and turned the mobile on. He likes watching things (TV, people, anything that moves) so I thought this would do the trick. [...]
CootieBoy is finally smiling at us – active happy smiles in response to our voices and touch. Last night at 11 p.m. when he was trying to sleep I was trying to make him smile for the camera. I love seeing his dimple when he smiles!
